Perfect location for whrn you have limited time in Florence as it is close to the station and close to all the attractions of this very beautiful city. I also appreciated that they offer single rooms for solo travelers.

The roof terrace was a lovely spot to sit with a drink to watch the sun go down. Facilities were clean and breakfast was good.

Good Central location. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and lots of variety. Very quiet room. Good air con and WiFi. Very close to train station. Lovely rooftop terrace with great views.

This hotel had everything you need after a full day of sightseeing, learning history, and touring monuments - a hot, clean shower with fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. The breakfast had a delicious variety. The best parts were the view from the rooftop and location to all the historical monuments.

Rooftop with small bar was excellent and cooler than being down in the streets in hot nights in summer. Room a good size with nice, but basic bathroom. Shower might be hard to use for larger or for people with mobility issues. Breakfast has everything you need including coffee made by staff. Got a taxi from train station due to heat, but it’s easily within walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. Main market maybe 200m away and has heaps of food and shopping.

Great location. 5min walk from SMN train station. Close to all the attractions especially the indoor market. Stefano on arrival gave us a city map with all the info we needed. Modern room of a good size with comfy beds (515). Great steak restaurant right opposite the hotel. The lady serving breakfast coffee was lovely. The rooftop terrace gave nice views over the city and would be a great place to hangout with a beer in the better weather..

The location is perfect, very close to the main square, bars and restaurant. Train station is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel is on the 5th floor so found it quiet safe as there is a main gate that only guests can access

City center, really close to all attractions. Over all people were very nice friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was good. Over all not a bad stay. Breakfast was good. (Tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, ham, mortadela, salami, cereal and fruit) clean rooms.
